Job Description:

• Conceptualizing, designing for every project, based on client's requirements
• Prepare 3D perspectives, mood board for clients to visualize and understand
• Preparing relative technical drawings for clients / authority submissions
• Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, workers to achieve project objectives
• Involved in site measurements, able to attend site visits independently
• Brainstorm creative design ideas
• Responsible for developing, organizing and executing design concepts
• Modify and update designs based on clients' comments
• Work closely with project team to deliver clients' expectations
• Preferable to have knowledge in landed houses

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in interior design/ or equivalent experience in Interior Design work
• Min 2 yrs equivalent experience
• Knowledge of software (autocad, 3ds max, sketchup)
• Strong communication skills
