Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all production matters
Plan production schedule according to the orders and invoices, make reasonable arrangements for production and assign daily production tasks to team
Supervise and coordinate the Standard Operations Procedures of production department.
Enhance production progress through effective monitoring and flexible adjustment. Implement production schedules and improve productivity efficiently.
Establish the quality awareness and enterprise spirit. Oversee and improve quality issues during production processes.
Make the right usage of equipment, do necessary maintenance and repairs for equipment.
Responsible for procurement of equipment and tools.
Responsible for the daily production, keep production area clean and safe.
Responsible for production statistics and administrative matters.
Control and plan the cost saving for production.
Report all issues to the upper management and communicate with subordinates carefully and patiently.
Keep information as private and confidential.
Keep good communication with other departments.
Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS: **Min 5year(s) of working experience in related field
Ability to understand business objective and priorities
Strong communication skills, Negotiation & leadership Skill
Ability to liaise within both clients and internal team
