- Provide day-to-day HR support to the team and the business to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- Administer employee payroll, taxes, benefits, and records.
- Manage the recruitment process, including the preparation of employment offer letters.
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
- Conduct new hire orientations, track performance during probation, and process confirmations.
- Administer staff training, including the collation and compilation of the company's training needs for implementation, applying for training grants, and submitting training claims.
- Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle ISO documentation and ensure that HR procedures comply with ISO requirements.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of payroll experience as a Human Resource generalist in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing and presentation abilities.
- The ability to handle difficult and sensitive issues/situations diplomatically and professionally.
- A team player with a passion for human resource work.
