    Roles & Responsibilities

    JOB SCOPE

    Housekeeping Service Agent will be responsible to perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of public areas under the supervision of the Floor Supervisor.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Cleans and maintain hotels facilities, offices, public area, water fountain at the Front Lobby and Drive-In Areas.
    • Replenish all supplies including toilet paper and soaps in Public Area restrooms.
    • Perform carpet shampoo in guestrooms, floor corridors, executive offices as instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors.
    • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or related field.
    • Able to understand and communicate in simple English.
    • Knowledge in use of vacuum cleaner and proper chemicals handling.
    • Hardworking team player and pleasant personality.
