- Manage application, renewal & cancellation and related works of work pass for foreign workers.
- Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers. Enroll courses for workers as directed by Project Director / Project Manager / Site Superior on timely basis.
- Tabulate workers monthly wages.
- Monitor and constantly update workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis.
- Manage and arrange insurance bond for new joining workers.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date workers' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, MOM surveys etc.
- Support in the day-to-day HR duties in compliance with MOM requirements.
- Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.
