    Partnerships Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities
    • Evaluate and assess potential partners based on strategic fit, mutual interests, and alignment with business objectives
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial activities and projects
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint marketing and programme-related initiatives
    • Coordinate the execution of partnership activities and programmes to ensure successful outcomes
    • Analyse partnership results, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimise partnership outcomes
    • Prepare and present reports on the status and impact of partnerships to key stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience in business development, partnerships, and project/programme management
    • Good understanding of and interest in Singapore's general business environment and manpower issues
    • Familiarity with MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    • Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong engagement and relationships with various stakeholders
    • Communication: Deliver clear and effective written and oral communication to engage stakeholders
