We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to expand our Events Team. You can expect to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with many opportunities for learning new skillsets and expanding your network.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of Events proposal and Set up
• Prepare project budget, proposal and billing
• Evaluate and select suppliers, do site recee, inspect and approve contractors' work
• Conceptualise and propose ideas to make meaningful contribution to discussions
• Ability to sketch ideas and knowledge of simple graphic skills will be a bonus

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of project management experience in Events
• Good time management, self-motivated and a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and organised
• Background in graphic and/or 3D design will be a bonus
• Candidates with experience in project management for marketing campaign installations, events and exhibitions will be considered more favourably.
• Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualification.
