As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser (VM) for Louis Vuitton, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the VM implementation on all product categories.

You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.


Duties & Responsibilities

Windows

  • Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for the window installation
  • Manage the window product change for every rotation

Interior Visual Merchandising Implementation

  • Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
  • Manage the products including: preparation in the back of house, location changes in database and installation
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback, aftereach rotation with the Country VM
  • Visit competitors and report best practices
  • Be the ambassador and role model in store for visual merchandising, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
  • Master knowledge of all product categories
  • Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales
  • Collaborate with the store on business events (sales trends, new launches, new collections, instore events) and visual merchandising topics (permanent and seasonal VM guidelines)
  • Propose alternative products in case of product shortage and validate the zoning with the Regional VM
  • Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props and furniture are in excellent condition
  • Manage the reordering of props, lighting and visual merchandising tools where necessary
  • Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and current guidelines

PROFIL

  • 3 5 years+ relevant work experience in retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with high sensitivity towards fashion and trends
  • Excellent organization, planning & problem solving skills
  • Positive, selfinitiative, a team player & willing to learn
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight timeline
  • Passionate in developing a career within the luxury fashion industry
