- Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements
- Coordinate and compile of all aspects of the tender in accordance with processes, client bid requirements and tender deadlines, including liaison with internal departments and preparation of robust tender costing
- Maintain communication with client and support in obtaining client feedback on tenders submitted
- Degree in Engineering
- Sound knowledge from performing an offshore role is preferable
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work well to demanding deadlines under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the company
- Pro-active, positive and flexible approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel

Job Summary
Manages all aspects of developing proposals and responses to client requests at the country and/or service line level (or project complexity levels 1 to 3). Ensures the proposal is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality whilst maintaining a focus on providing a solution that meets our client's needs, whilst adequately understanding and managing HSSE, financial, contractual and technical risk. Works in close collaboration with sales/BD, technical and project management teams. Manages the proposal development team, as well as the proposal approval process (where applicable). May peer review proposals where requested at the local and/or Service Line level.
