    Primary Accountabilities

    Store Operations Duties

    • Conduct product demonstrations, promote sales, and facilitate product purchases.
    • Collaborate within a team to reach and exceed individual sales targets.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently upholding high standards of service excellence.
    • Actively engage with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
    • Maintain the company's esteemed reputation as a luxurious brand at all times.
    • Manage restocking activities, uphold store cleanliness and organization, and process sales transactions.
    • Follow established daily operational procedures within the store.

    Operations Management

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the operation department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement and improve sales processes and procedures.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.

    Training and DevelopmentAssist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.

    • Provide ongoing support and training to enhance the skills of the sales representatives.

    Technical Requirements (or Certification Requirements)

    • Solid in retail and sales experience.
    • At least 1 year of experience in Operations and leading a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application for reports and preparation of presentation slides.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required

    • Willing to work retail working hours (included weekend).
    • Willing to station at retail front.
    • Knowledge of retail and sales management best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal skill to interact with all levels of management such as internal departments.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales focus and proven results in: Sales and Performance KPI & Inventory Management and Loss Prevention.
