The Role:

My Client is a leading Crypto Trading firm, and we are looking for Head of Compliance to join the business in Singapore.

This is a new role due to their strong expansion plans and you will spearhead all Compliance projects in Asia.

You will be leading a team and report directly to the C levels in Singapore
Requirements:

7 to 12 years of Compliance experience in a Trading / Crypto / Fintech Firm
Experience across both Regulatory Compliance, Trading Compliance, Insider Dealing etc
Ability to liaise directly with regulators in the region
Proven leadership experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
