Description
Assist team leaders in servicing an existing portfolio of SGX-listed and privately-owned companies to help them achieve their IR/PR objectives

  • Regular communication with C-Suite executives to understand their IR/PR objectives in order to plan or refine their IR/PR roadmap accordingly
  • Prepare relevant communication collateral, which includes corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website information, and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that incorporate our clients' positioning and key messages
  • Codevelop and execute IR/PR strategies on a casebycase basis effectively based on the clients' requirements among the targeted audience of analysts, investors, and media
  • Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and media interviews for clients
  • Proactively seek out media feature opportunities, be it corporate or personality profiling to improve clients' publicity and awareness in Singapore and the region
  • Carry out media monitoring for clients and prepare summary reports of IRrelated activities
