Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include:

· Collaborating closely with stakeholders, project managers, and their teams to thoroughly identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements. You will lead the estimation of UI/UX scope and schedule, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

· Taking ownership of the entire UI/UX development lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality UI/UX deliverables, both from scratch and through repeated improvements.

· Leveraging your research and design methodologies expertise to inform and guide the UI/UX process. Your deep understanding of user needs and behaviours will drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs that meet business objectives.

· Playing an active role in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-Up Meetings, and Sprint Retrospectives. Your vocal and articulate communication style will facilitate effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

· Championing the company's UI/UX standards and best practices, leading by example in adherence to design principles, guidelines, and processes.

As a senior team member, you will mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the organization. Your leadership, expertise, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in driving the success of our UI/UX initiatives.
