Description

Commercial Excellence as part of the Asia Business Excellence team will lead the change in the region's commercial organization through the development of tools, processes and training of the commercial teams to drive commercial effectiveness and improved margins. The Business Intelligence team is a cross functional team that collaborates across all departments and regions within the organization that will take raw data and transform it into meaningful insights that drive data driven business decisions. The team covers the entire spectrum, from Data Acquisition and Integration, Dashboard Development and Data Governance.

Responsibilities :-

Partner with COMEX manager and BI Manager to use best practice analytics to drive key business goals in data-driven mindset.

Maintenance and data mining of large data sets and structuring them to bring business context for Yara Africa and Asia region.

Develop and enhance power platform suite of apps user interface to provide best in class user experience.

Use a source and pricing data tracking tool to organize data and provide transparency of source.

Use Microsoft power apps to automate and simplify data collection methods.

Obtain current market crop and fertilizer price data to understand short to mid term market sentiment.

Coordinate day to day operational support between BI technical team in Europe and Business users in Asia and Africa.

Profile :-

Bachelor Degree in Business or Computer Science with a focus in Business Analytics with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.

Possess numerate, analytical and ability to develop data insights.

Outgoing personality and perseverance to face direct pressure and challenges.

Openness to learn from diverse perspectives and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams with a willingness to take ownership.

Enjoy the challenge of taking on new tasks or project.

Able to work independently and flexibly, and enjoy working with different stakeholders.

Getting Excel to do tricky calculations is something you find exhilarating and willing to share with others.

Understanding of Power BI, PowerApps, Alteryx, SAP HANA, SQL, R, Python, relational databases.

Good to have knowledge of ERP systems example SAP, SUN6 but not mandatory.
