We are looking for a Principal to helm the daily operations of our centres. A Principal who develops and inspires our teaching team to deliver high quality teaching and learning for our children.

A Principal who is a positive culture bearer, and leads in building a nurturing, loving and respectful environment for our educators and children.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Helm the daily operations of the Centre
  • Mentor and inspire educators to create an optimal and safe environment appropriate for the holistic development and care of the children
  • Serve as our organization's culture bearer and positive role model for the staff
  • Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment
  • Continuously improve and refine the children's learning experiences
  • Establish sustainable and collaborative partnerships with our community of parents, families, and staff
  • Manage the centre budget and oversee the efficient and costeffective use of centre resources
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education
  • Leadership (DECCE-L) / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
  • Diploma in Pre-School Teaching, Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or other Early Childhood Diploma Qualification(s)
  • ECDA certified L2 educator
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional early childhood setting
  • Preferably holds a valid first aid certificate recognized by ECDA
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum, pedagogy and assessments
