Description
Responsibilities
- Following up orders with overseas customers
- Liaison with suppliers and internal departments
- Update shipment schedule and logistic arrangement
- Responsible for import export documents, custom declaration
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Data updating into system, SAP
- Ad hoc projects if necessary
Requirements:
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- At least 25 years' relevant working experience in shipping & trading area
- Experience in SAP system is advantage
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Reasonable of English and Mandarin
- Good command of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Typing
