    Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year Engineering / Architecture
    Description

    Responsibilities

    • To review and manage all design documentation for ACMV, BMS, DfMA, Ductless, ESCS system and etc.
    • Able to understand construction shop drawing.
    • Familiar with calculation of heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load and etc.
    • To develop ICDD documentation
    • To monitor and verify installation of ACMV Equipment, chillers, air handling units, MV system, packaged units, VRV system, and split units.
    • To study and assess drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents relating to the construction project.
    • To review, assess and evaluate the execution of the project on a regular basis.
    • To troubleshoot and resolve complex issues arising in a project.
    • To carry out site visits throughout the project in order to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme.
    • To verify material requisition and taking-off quantities/site measurement.
    • To attend to site tests and inspections.
    • To ensure quality standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
    • To maintain, manage, and document all project reports and statements.
    • To perform other related duties, as assigned Job Requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in similar fields.
    • Must have design and installation experience in ACMV, BMS, DfMA, Ductless Jet Fan, ESCS system etc.
    • Experience with ICDD (Interface Control & Data Document) is preferred.
    • Must have direct work experience in the construction industry.
    • Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
    • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit etc.
    • A team player that is self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
    • Holds himself/herself accountable for assigned scope.
