    Description

    We are looking for talented, analytical, and motivated individuals to drive CAG's strategic policies for key operational markets at Changi, as part of CAG's Airport Operations Policy team.

    You will be responsible for Changi Airport Group's policies for overseeing our most critical operational partners. In the course of your work, you will develop policies to shape the operational entities and activities in Changi Airport, perform market studies on the business landscape for such operations, and conduct engagements with operational partners on new or extended rights to operate. You will also study, review and propose changes to our business model for operating the airport, given new and evolving technologies and evolving industry practices, in order to enhance the efficiency, competitiveness, and resilience of the world's best airport.

    Policy & Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for overseeing our key operational partners at Changi, including developing and executing policy levers and ensuring the right balance of incentives, across crucial operational areas such as ground handling, aviation fuel and aircraft maintenance.
  • Track partners' overall performance and propose follow-up measures on approaches to strengthen their performance.
  • Conduct negotiations relating to new or renewed licence agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including operational units, government agencies and key operational partners.
  • Market Studies:

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the aviation industry.
  • Study possible new solutions for optimising airport services based on market insights and global best practices.
  • Requirements :

  • Good Bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 3 to 6 years of work experience in policy work, licensing, regulation, and/or economic/financial analysis
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving and communication are essential
  • Independent and self-motivated
