JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Configuration and Change Control

Provide support to the PrCCM..
Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them.
Ensures the activities and Roles & Responsibilities in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.
Creates and maintains the Configuration Item List and /or the Target Item List for Configuration Baselines
Ensures that Configuration data is recorded and documented, monitoring its compliance.
Support investigation on Deviations from Configuration Baseline Types and the Target Configurations and inconsistencies shall be documented and managed, e.g. by waiver, concession, required changes.
Prepares, extracts and communicates Configuration Status Accounting Report (CSAR)
Coordinates and aligns all the project stakeholders regarding the changes.
Coordinates to ensure the completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the Change requestor from preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure.
Provides Configuration and Change Management reporting and indicators (Key Performance Indicators) at PrCCM request.
Escalates any CCM related issues in the Project to the PrCCM and proposes possible solution.

Project Training Coordinator

Coordinate inhouse and contract technical training as required by Training Matrix and other technical training requirements based on training needs.
Prepare training schedule by coordinating with related stakeholders, manage training, certification and recertification records.
Design training programs and conduct trainings
Manage training reports, conduct written tests, performance review and development plan
Close followup with System Engineering team (globally) to collate all the training requirements
Close followup with designated suppliers for each subsystem for all the inputs on training. Coordinate and arrange all the training

- scope and schedule with suppliers (for all the cases where the sub-suppliers are executing the training)

Respond to all customer comments on the training scope and be present to address facetoface comments from the customer during the course of the training planning. Be the single point of contact for all training requirements including the onsite/Global coordination.
