IRC HR MANAGER

HR Manager within the

ETB Singapore Branch. As a Senior member of the team, working closely with the Branch Manager in Singapore and Head of HR, Italy you, will be responsible for providing key support to the Branch covering the full spectrum of HR operational activities as well as overseeing the administration function, managing workplace safety initiatives and overall running of the office.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Human Resources

Managing and Coordinating the Branch HR Operational activities:
Recruitment

New joiner/leaver process

Payroll

Performance Management

Annual salary review and bonus exercises

Employee Relations

Employee Insurance

HR Reporting


HSE
As appointed HSE Advisor for the Branch, responsible for:
HSE documentation for the Branch

Ensuring that all HSE equipment is serviced and in working order

Coordinating the local aspects of the HSE Audits with the HSE Manager based in HQ


Administration and Finance

Overseeing the administration function including:
Invoice Management

Travel Bookings

Office supplies

Maintaining cost recharge information for various Service Agreements in place


Office

Overseeing all office related activities:
Procurement and contract management

Updating Branch changes with ACRA

Appointed Security Officer

Management of Corp Pass

Singapore statistics reporting

Supporting and organising events for the Singapore Branch


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • At least 8 years of HR experience;
  • Exposure to HSE activities in previous roles;
  • Strong academic credentials;
  • Full command of English language (written and spoken);
  • Innovative, proactive and efficient approach to work;
  • Good attention to detail, organised, structured and logical;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and nurture effective relationships internally and externally;
  • Strong team player, who is able to work with limited supervision
  • Experience in working in a global and international organisation with multiple stakeholders;
