Description

You are responsible to develops capabilities in the areas of innovation, human-centered design, process improvement, career development, personal excellence, and personal communications.

This is done through the suite of programmes and consultancy services.

Role:

Conceptualise and deliver virtual, blended and classroom learning interventions (e.g., identifying learning needs, design curriculum, develop learning resources/materials and monitor/evaluate impact of learning interventions etc.)
Project manage the development of programmes and other workstreams, including managing stakeholders, business processes, budget and timelines to support the effective delivery of learning interventions
Partner public agencies to develop and customise L&D interventions to support their developmental plans
Design and organise seminars, webinars and communities of practice on trending topics related to the domain.
Contribute to market intelligence gathering and research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and development
Lead/contribute to consultancy projects (includes L&D, humancentered design, process improvement projects) with public agencies to support their transformation efforts

Requirements:

Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience in learning and development with knowledge and interest in areas such as innovation, humancentered design, process improvement, career development, personal excellence, or personal communications.
Experience in facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities (e.g. facetoface, virtual, blended).
Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills
Inquisitive, selfmotivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful
Ability to work and thrive in a fastchanging work environment
Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, especially with stakeholders

Job Types:

Salary:
$4, $6,000.00 per month
