CHENG LIE Navigation Company (CNC Line) is a leader in intra-Asia trade.

Subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, CNC Line offers personalized services and has specific expertise in the transport of containers with temperature control (refrigerated containers or Reefers).

Summary

The Key Account Manager will manage a portfolio of Strategic Accounts in CNC, one of top Intra Asia carriers.

The position is responsible for achieving the annual budget in terms of volume and yield of the portfolio and executing the commercial strategy in the Asia region.

The Key Account Manager will engage with stakeholders to improve customer experience with CNC and increase the share of wallet for the Strategic Accounts customers.

Your main responsibilites are, but not limited to:

Develop robust plan to achieve annual target in TEU and Yield in USD set together with CMA HO Key Account team.

Liaise with CNC Line management for pricing strategy tender/off tender processes.

Setup business development plan and strategies to increase share of wallet.

Cultivate good business relationships with clients.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience.

Communicate the commercial directions to the network, push and pull to maximize market share. Joint visit with local team if necessary.

Promote and sell new products/services to customers.

Work with the CNC Key Account team to refine internal processes to improve efficiency.

To reduce Account Receivable from the accounts.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, in logistics, supply chain preferred

At least 5 years related field sales experience in the shipping and logistics industry

Significant customer facing exposure and direct account servicing experience

Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
