Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Controls in the CFO Unit, this role will lead and supervise the Finance and Treasury Operations Team in SGX

Key responsibilities include:
1) Ensuring the overall timely and accurate processing of transactions by the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury Operations team in SGX

2) Ensuring compliance to the relevant SGX Finance Policies

3) Participating in automation initiatives, streamlining projects, and to review the business systems, processes and controls to make recommendations to improve efficiency and/ or strengthen controls

4) Periodic reporting of operational metrics, providing commentaries on key metric drivers

5) Supporting both internal and external stakeholders in their queries promptly.

Skills. Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy of equivalent
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance Operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Good working knowledge of SAP and SWIFT
Analytical and meticulous
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting controls
Good written and verbal communication skills
