We ( Rayton Solutions Pte Ltd) are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination of various tasks.
The positions offers a 5-day work week, is near to the Yio Chu Kang mrt ( a few minutes walk ), and a competitive salary ( $2.5k to $2.8k ) dependent on your working experience.
Job scope:
Provide administration, logistics, and follow up with sales order processing like invoicing, Delivery order
Check the best shipping rates; and pack and label the products efficiently.
Ensure the timely deployment of the technicians and engineers to the sites.
And also coordination support with our projects.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Coordination experience or administrative working experience
MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook )
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a team.
