- Preparation all related export shipping documentations.
- Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearanceand delivery of shipments to customer.
- Handling of LC negotiation experience preferred.
- Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with finalnegotiation.
- Issuing invoice, packing list, checking BL draft, chasing schedule
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Min N/O Level with at least 1 years' experience in shipping/logistics.
- Preferably with experience in handling shipping proceduresdocumentation.
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- PC literate, meticulous and strong sense of initiative.
