Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Define development standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in SAP software development efforts.
Foster collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skills development, and continuous improvement.

Solution Design and Configuration:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the SAP ecosystem.

Provide expertise in one or more SAP functional modules, such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or others, depending on business needs.

Project Management and Delivery:Plan, coordinate, and oversee SAP software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish project governance structures and processes to facilitate effective project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.


Conduct thorough testing of SAP functionality, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability.


Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, advocating for the needs and priorities of the business throughout the software development lifecycle.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP software development and configuration, with expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP software development projects, including customization, enhancement, and integration efforts.
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes, configuration, and customization capabilities, with the ability to design and architect complex SAP solutions.
  • Experience managing and leading development teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
  • SAP certification in relevant functional areas (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD) is a plus.
