    Roles & Responsibilities

    Role and Responsibilities

    · Recruitment: Implement effecting sourcing, screening process of candidates, and coordinating with respective Managers to carry out the Interview process.

    · New Hires: Plan and conduct onboarding activities for new staff. Create new P Files for all new hires and update all documents under ASANA proper filing system.

    · HR Files Housekeeping: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and records.

    · Training: Plan and coordinate between departments on In-House Training Material. Executive In-House training and refresher courses. Update proper records for Training Courses and Programs including Training Grant Application.

    · Conflict Management: Assist as required with employee counseling, conflict resolution issues, and incident reporting.

    · Event Management: including major corporate events i.e. Corporate Training, Annual Celebration Event.

    · ISO: Oversee the ISO administration process, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

    · HR Policy: Ensure HR Policies, strategies and practices align with the company's goals.

    Qualification and criteria

    · A diploma/degree in HR

    · At least 3 years of working in HR
