    Description
    Develop and formulate beverage prototype based on projects, industrial standards and country-specific requirements.


    Handle and lead beverage application projects such coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based, carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, flavored water and alcoholic beverages.

    Handle lab process equipment including UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave and high shear mixer.

    Good understanding of product heat treatment for different beverage categories to ensure product safety.

    Select and evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with applications requirements.

    Strong sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.

    Understand the commercial needs for the category/market and be the technical contact/support for the key category customers/markets.

    Design, prepare and conduct shelf life testing for beverages.

    Manage raw materials, laboratory supplies and housekeeping.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

    Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.

    Minimum 5 years of experience
