    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Position: Business Development Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive
    • Well Established Employment Agency & Human Resource Consultancy Firm
    • 5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
    • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Quarterly Incentive
    • Attractive Performance Bonus
    • Outpatient Medical Benefit Provided
    • Duration: Permanent
    • Industry: Employment Agency & Human Resource Consultancy

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
    • Promote company solutions to perspective and potential customers.
    • Manage on-boarding new client processes.
    • Constantly researching and identifying new leads and business prospects via various platforms.
    • Assist in monthly company sales and marketing material.
    • Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma in any business-related discipline.
    • At least 2 year of business development, sales and marketing experience.
    • Self-motivated, result driven, confident and ability to work independently.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
