Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for frontline process issues during shift operation.
• Collaborate with process, equipment, Yield, and Operation teams to restore production.
• Deploy and review statistical control of processes for a stable and robust platform.
• Provide effective hand-over to/from day/night shift process sustaining members.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering/science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Or engineering technician with > 3 years of lithography process experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in SPC, SOP, and OCAP.
• Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Able to work 12 hour rotating shift.
• Good team player.
