Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise the Bakery Team in the preparation of primarily Vietnames baguettes and other pastry, when required
- Ensure the Bakery Team maintain consisstent dough and pastry with receipe provided
- Supervise the entire bread and pastry making process and ensure proper handling and the right temperature of food products
- Training the Bakery Team to handle baking equipments in a safe and proper manner
- Ensure that workspace and equipment are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to learn and have a strong passion for bread and pastry making
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setup
