Accounts Assistant - Singapore - PS MANPOWER PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist with data entry, bank statement reconciliation, and recording financial transactions.
- Verify documentation, and prepare vendor payments.
- Monitor customer accounts, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Provide administrative support, organize files, and manage correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining financial regulations compliance and supporting audit processes.
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
