Job Title : Management Trainee

The Management Trainee role provides entry-level professionals with comprehensive training and practical experience in various aspects of business management. This position is used as a starting point for those aspiring to be future leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire exposure to various functions to develop a comprehensive understanding of business management.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, seminars and various business conferences to enhance business acumen, leadership skills, and industry knowledge.
Work closely with experienced colleagues to learn and grow professionally.
Undertake specific projects and assignments, analyze data, make recommendations and present findings to superiors.
Proactively seek development opportunities and act upon feedback to enhance professional growth.
Contribute ideas, insights, and solutions to achieve organizational goals.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while staying organized, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
Prepared to undertake business travel.
Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
High level of motivation, self-drive, and a proactive approach to learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint; generally, tech savvy.
Driving license will be an advantage.
