Description

In-charge of correspondence and coordination for IT system user support, regularly check user uploaded data, liaise positively with users and system owner for the system operation and maintenance;

Conduct regular training session for system user;
Conduct weekly and monthly review of uploading progress and attend regular meeting with Client, facilitating discussion between system specialist, developer and Client.
Possess good communication skill, able to work independently as well as cooperate with project team to ensure the project is running smoothly;
Familiar with data base management and sensor data analysis is an advantage;
