We are a company who provide service centre services since 2013 for brands such as Sony, Redmi, Nokia, Samsung, Lenovo and more... We are looking for expand our team and looking for technician who can help in

• Installation, repairing, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of consumer electronics like Mobile Phone, TVs, Computer Monitors and Laptops, Audio-Visual Equipment and Devices (e.g. projectors, TVs, screens) at workshop or project / customers' sites.
• Maintenance of equipment and devices at project / customers' sites.
• Delivery/collection of equipment and devices or onsite repair
• Ensuring stock accuracy of equipment and devices at the store.
• Ensuring accuracy for work details in our system.
• Good communication with customers
• Posses technical knowledge to diagnose and repair consumer electronics
• Ability to use computer systems to support repair processes
• Prefer to have hands-on experience.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures
• Communicate with customers via phone / face to face to identify and diagnose for errors or technical issues (Hardware / Software).
• Excellent knowledge in disassembling and re-assembling all PC devices.

Carry out high quality repair in 3C order.
