    MAIN PURPOSE

    As part of the Cartier Marketing Team in the role of V.I.E - Watches & Accessories Marketing Executive, you will support the Manager of the 2 Product Categories in the development of Singapore and ASEAN Markets. Your key responsibility is to support the Watches & Accessories Manager in conducting strong analysis & implementing 360 action plans. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in September 2024, the position is based in Singapore.

    HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

    • BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
    • Conduct weekly and monthly analysis of product performance for the two product categories.
    • Manage everyday analysis to deep dive into identified challenges or opportunities within each product category and/or specific line/references.
    • Perform sanity checks to ensure the data quality of provided information.
    • Leverage data artistic skills by creating impactful presentation to expose challenges and action plans.
    • Visit competition regularly, update market shares, gather client insights to enrich reports with qualitative insights.
    • ACTION PLANS SUPPORT
    • Build clear presentations for action plan's meetings with a strong ''decision taking'' angle.
    • Keep updated product launch plans and activation calendar to anticipate workload and organize.
    • Consolidate action plans reporting gathering all departments KPI's and identifying key success factors as well as improvements.
    • Work autonomously on some tactical projects.
    • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize product visibility in boutique.
    • Collaborate with Client team on personalization topics and in boutique machines.
    • PRODUCT PORTFOLIO SUPPORT
    • Prepare the sales forecast template with the relevant references to benchmark from the range.
    • Perform competitor benchmark and product mapping to assess the potential of novelties in the different markets.
    • Work closely with the boutiques to get their qualitative feedback on novelties.
    • Be part of the buying sessions for accessories all year long (same rhythm than for fashion industry).
    • Partake in coordination of Special orders, taking in requests & following up with boutiques.
    • Answer to Ad-hoc requests from boutiques or retail partners to maximize the sales opportunities.
    • PRODUCT INFORMATION TOOLS MANAGEMENT
    • Update product news with local prices and relevant local competitor information.
    • Update mapping book of current in range & novelties collections with local pricing.
    • Keep up to date the product launch plan and send to internal teams on a quarterly basis.
    • SUPPORT KEY PROJECTS

    • Support Watches & Accessories Manager for major projects/events such as Watches & Wonders, Worldwide meeting, strategic plan or new campaign launch.
    • Support business by ensuring optimal stock with Retail & Operations teams.
    • Assist in arranging for transfer of stocks for events/ trainings.

    • You have at least 2 to 3 internships of minimum 6 months in Marketing, Sales or as a Business Analyst. A first experience in the watchmaking or accessories industry a plus.
