- Develop and maintain HR Compliance Knowledge.
- Assist in HR Documentation and employee relations queries.
- Assist in HR projects (Year-end performance management process & HR Knowledge Transfer Project)
- Work proactively with HRBPs, HRSS and other HR Specialist teams to ensure tasks are completed in due time with process improvements.
- Contribute to new ideas and information with other HRBP Team members.
- Support HR Business Partners in HR related functions/initiatives such as policy and process alignments, performance management and other HR initiative/programmes.
- Support HR BPs in following up on Employee Queries and Project Related work related to consolidation and presentation.
- Assist HR BPs in data gathering and analysis related to HR initiatives and projects.
- Assist HR BPs in the HR Operations and provide day-to-day support for HR BP-related operational matters.
- Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from all disciplines.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Tools.
- Confident to develop Excel report and template; able to use Macros is an additional advantage.
- Detail-minded, organized, energetic, proactive, and fast learning.
