The Sime Darby Motors Singapore Management Trainee Programme is a 24-month structured development programme that will offer you a well-rounded learning experience to prepare you for future leadership roles.

You will gain broad exposure and deep insights into the Group's operations that will enable you to accelerate your career growth.
