Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide project administrative support and coordination works to the Operations Team
  • Assist in project documentations
  • Assist to coordinate project scheduling
  • Assist in sourcing for products, raising purchase requisitions, generate quotations, etc as per instructions
  • Generate reports, data and other relevant documents as per project requirements
  • Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:


  • O Level/ Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Meticulous, positive and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitasks
  • Good team player with ability to work independently
