- Focus on delivering a best-in-class investment journey for contractual advisory mandates in the 2-10m client segment
- Drive the commercialization of the advisory proposition by moving client assets into Prism Total
- Provide investment support, education and guidance to Prism Total clients, prospects, and Single Advisor Relationship Managers across different markets
- Develop comprehensive investment strategy and asset allocation proposals appropriate to 2-10m client segment at the time of client onboarding to Prism Total, for both existing and New-to-Private Banking clients
- Coordinate execution of investment strategy with appropriate products and services
- Assist Single Advisor Relationship Managers to assess client investment objective, risk tolerance and portfolio preferences.
- Monitor client's portfolios for appropriateness and rebalance where needed
- Offer expertise on Aladdin Wealth to Prism Total clients and Single Advisor Relationship Managers, in terms of portfolio health checks and portfolio reviews
- Handle complex client cases that requires the usage of Prism Total to increase the share of wallet or for asset retention purposes
- Offer expertise on how best to deliver investment advice across client channels and to leverage on the global investment capabilities of the bank and usage of technology to further digitalize the client experience
- Provide input and support for the enhancement of fee-based contractual advisory mandates
- Ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with all HSBC and regulatory policies
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor investment capabilities, product offering and pricing policies
- To maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Degree in finance/business and preferably with other professional accreditations such as CFA
- Relevant experience in private banking or asset management, with a focus on portfolio management or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction across all asset classes
- Knowledge of sales process and client advisory journey
- Client focused with strong sales, analytical, and relationship building skills
- Sales oriented and an effective communicator
