Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy : Develop and implement a thorough e-commerce strategy that aligns with company objectives.

Website Management :
Supervise the maintenance and enhancement of the e-commerce platform to ensure an intuitive user experience.

Traffic and Conversion :

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to strategize and execute digital campaigns aimed at boosting website traffic, conversions, and customer retention.

Inventory and Fulfillment :
Work in tandem with inventory and logistics teams to guarantee product availability and streamline order fulfillment processes.

Analytics and Reporting :
Utilize various web analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and generate regular reports.

Customer Experience :
Monitor customer feedback and promptly address any issues encountered during the online shopping experience.

Team Leadership :
Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, offering guidance and support as needed.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.

At least 3 years e-commerce managerial experience in similar industry.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web development.

Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms and web development.
