    Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies tailored to the Asia Pacific market, leveraging market insights, customer segmentation, and business objectives to drive measurable results.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and goals
  • Steer campaign management process, alignments and improvements to ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaigns, as well as feedback on performance and optimisations.
  • Collaborate closely with demand generation, sales, product, global and regional stakeholders, to ensure alignment and cohesion across all marketing initiatives in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations on campaign performance, initiatives, and upcoming plans.
  • Create compelling and culturally relevant content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and regional platforms such as WeChat, Line, and KakaoTalk. Collaborate with global creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets including ad creatives, landing pages, email templates, promotional materials, optimised for target audience engagement and conversion.
  • Foster and nurture an active and engaged community of followers across social media channels through meaningful interactions, discussions, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Partner collaboration: Work with our partner agencies within the region to localise content, generate new ideas and ensure campaign efforts are effective at maximising ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experimentation to optimize campaign variables such as messaging, imagery, targeting criteria, and ad placements, driving continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results and achieving targets.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the ASEAN & GC region is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for events and meetings.
