Key Responsibilities

Talent Attraction & Acquisition
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding, complete new hire paperwork and enter new hire data in HR information systems.
Orient new managers to the recruitment process and provide them with recruitment tools and resources.
Policies and Processes
Participate in the development of regional and Groupwide human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employmentrelated laws and regulations
Talent Development
Help executing training & development initiatives and managing the same in HR information systems
Employee Experience and Employee Relations
Help the company create and sustain a culture of innovation around employee engagement, fostering employee retention, and maximizing the employee lifecycle.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
Rewards and Recognition
Help develop and implement competitive rewards programs to attract and retain people in a highly competitive industry.
Performance Management
Undertake tasks around performance management. Assisting in half yearly and annual employee performance reviews
Other responsibilities include:
Administer compensation and benefit plans across all regions
Organising and Running employee engagement activities like fun times etc
Provide support to employees in various HRrelated matters and resolve any issues that may arise
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

Basic Requirements

46 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fastpaced, growing environment
Aptitude in problemsolving
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus
