Summary


As the Culture and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving effective initiatives to enhance culture and values throughout various programs and active com-munication channels.

Taking lead in the company's employee engagement initiatives and curate plans and programs for the engagement activities that will enhance overall employee engage-ment and satisfaction.


What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/ her superior:

  • Shape, roll out and promote our culture and values in close cooperation with Lidl Interna-tional
  • Engage and partner with internal stakeholders closely, including senior management and business units, to seek feedback and support for culture and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to strengthen our employer brand and develop strategies to bring it to life
  • Develop effective strategies and action plans to enhance overall employee engagement and alignment to organizational goals and employee value propositions
  • Design and implement processes to track, measure and gather data on employee sentiments, engagement and behaviors
  • Other duties in relation to talent management Strong involvement in our strategy and support inititiatives when required

What you'll need

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a lead role
  • Experience in driving culture change and employee engagement
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively, attention to detail
  • Collaborative communicator with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English is essential Analytical thinker
