What the role is

The Senior Executive/Executive will support the Operations Planning team in partnering the operations and corporate business units to strengthen the operations of VITAL through the use of metrics and benchmarking, automation and digital solutions to improve the service delivery to our service partners.

What you will be working on

Carry out time norm validation studies for Operations teams for HR, Payroll and Finance processes.
Plan and organise process improvement hackathons based on design thinking tools. This includes identifying objectives, themes, facilitating and guiding participants through the design thinking process and encouraging collaboration and creative problem solving.
Plan and organise VITAL's Operations retreat. This includes identifying objectives, themes, managing onsite logistics and arranging catering.
Design and conceptualize creative ideas for Data Strategy Communications/other ad hoc EDMs. This includes understanding the target audience and the key messaging to be communicated.
Assist in designing and developing Ops Excellence Dashboard using data analytics and automation tools. This includes identifying key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and automation solutions to implement changes that enhance functionality and effectiveness.
Other Adhoc work as needed by the team

What we are looking for

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in data analytic tools and programming language such as UI Path/Power BI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to automate data analysis processes will be an advantage.
Good organisational skills, analytical ability and attention to details
Possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Able to multitask and work independently
A high degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism
