2x Sales Coordinator/admin Assistant - Singapore - RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD.
Description
Prepare Invoicing (about 30 monthly) using Excel template- Order management from Customers' Order processing to Shipment fulfillment (outgoing)
- Liaise with clients on open orders, deliveries and reschedules
- Perform physical and administrative tasks
- Filing, Posting and Data entry
- Provide support for any adhoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum of experience
- GCE N level & above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (QuickBook added advantage)
- Positive attitude, independent and proactive team player
- Adaptable to job rotation within organization
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin as required to liaise with Chinese customers
- Welcome those willing to work flexible hours (min. 20 hours weekly)
