THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011.


THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture.
THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors Community, and Therapy.

Time Management and Service Quality

  • Periodic review on the programmes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure overall effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the management of programme which includes operations, planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and training that enable and encourage the optimum performance of health care staff.
  • Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal for the programme staffs, and provide counselling where necessary.

Data Management

  • Manage and monitor the available feedback systems (service surveys, home visits, etc) to achievement of high service quality, address service failures and perform work improvement initiatives as required.
  • Review and update the programmes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with service guidelines from relevant governing agencies/bodies
  • Prepare and submit relevant programme weekly/monthly reports to HODs, for their approval.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams internally and with stakeholders in the community to ensure smooth coordination and holistic care for clients across services.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with programme staffs, support teams for information/instruction dissemination, gathering of feedbacks, review of outstanding issues and other workrelated matters.
  • Manage staff retention, recruitment, training and deployment to achieve department operational objectives.

Learning & Growth

  • Plan, implement, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of work processes and procedures to meet programmes service requirement.
  • Embark on work tasks assigned by the reporting officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree Qualifications in any Discipline.
  • Strong communication and teamwork is required for the role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Maintains good relations and an cooperative team player
  • Analytical and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to make timely and practical decisions
