About the role

The individual will be part of a growing and dynamic team managing a portfolio of client companies listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange.
The primary responsibility of the individual will be to advise on regulatory compliance and good corporate governance for listed companies.
Individuals will have the opportunity to work with Singapore's leading businesses and be part of a firm supporting the growth and development of smallmedium enterprises in the region.
With outstanding performance, may get to participate in their succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in managing a portfolio of client companies listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange
Provide necessary advice for listed companies' directors and management on continuing listing obligations and corporate governance matters
Maintain an excellent relationship with the regulators through close and regular dialogues to drive resolution of issues
Conduct compliance review of corporate actions carried out by clients, including shareholder circulars, public announcements and press releases
Carry out adhoc tasks/projects as requested by the immediate team leader
Assist in providing training on relevant listing rules and regulatory matters to stakeholders Monitor daily share price and media reports of clients
