Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
· Perform data entry of student's particulars, attendance, course evaluations and examination scores.
· Keep the centre clean and disinfected, setting up the room for classes.
· Helping the logistics during events and recordings.
· Generate class attendance list, confirmation letters for exams and other admin matters.
· Ensure the teachers arrive on time, update attendance and observe their classes by taking pictures / videos.
· Provide support for trainers and students (courseware, refreshments, exams)
· Follow-up with the teachers to ensure academic / non-academic deadlines are met.
· Handle enquiries from trainers and students on course related matters.
· Reach out to potential customers and support in marketing activities.
Job Requirements
· Able to support during weekdays from 3 to 5.30 pm.
· Fluent in speaking English and an additional language
· Meticulous and very attentive to details in work
· Possess good verbal communication and customer service skills
· Highly motivated and able to multi-task
· Able to go around and oversee the activities of classes conducted by the instructors.
