Job Description:


  • To work with the team in preparing marketing collateral for courses and expanding our network of clients
  • To work with the team in liaising with lecturers, scheduling classes, ensuring prompt fee payment, sourcing venues, tracking attendance, preparing exams logistics and processing of exams results
  • To administer, process and submit reimbursement claims of course fee from government agencies such as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF)
  • To gather feedback (such as conducting customer service surveys) on courses in order to evaluate, review, and seek to continuously improve the experience for students and lecturers
  • To manage partnerships with funding agencies, accreditation bodies and professional trainers or lecturers
  • To be present at the training site when needed, which entails working on some weekday evenings and Saturday mornings (with time off the following working day)
  • To undertake other administrative duties related to the programmes being offered

Requirements:


  • One year at an educational institution or working in a role of similar capacity will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with handling various government grants, including the SkillsFuture Framework and The Institute of Banking and Finance accreditation, and associated policies will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and yet contribute as a team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills will be required
